SHELL ESPAÑA S.A. (hereinafter “SHELL”), with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 257, in order to give visibility to the brand and attract visitors, has decided to implement a contest (hereinafter the “CONTEST”), which will be developed in accordance with the provisions of these rules. This competition is free of charge and involves no cost to participants.
2.1 Territorial scope: Spain. The contest is open to users who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Time Frame: The Promotion will begin on March 20 at 9:00 a.m. and will end on March 22 at 4:00 p.m.
3.1 Participation in the Competition will require express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions published on the Contest website jointhequiz.es (the “Website”).
3.2 Shell reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and in particular any entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants understand the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with the regulations in force that may be applicable in this regard, so that by the simple fact of participating in the Contest they are giving their consent to be fully and irrevocably bound by the Terms and Conditions and the law.
3.4 Shell employees and their respective ascending relatives, descendants, spouses or common-law partners are excluded from this competition.
Participation in the Contest is free, voluntary and requires compliance with the following requirements:
i. Access the Website, complete all the steps of the registration form, accept, by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of the Website and the Terms and Conditions and, finally, confirm the registration.
ii. Answer a 6-question questionnaire
The first six participants to achieve the highest score in the shortest response time will be the winners.
The prize will consist of Shell merchandising based on availability.
i. Winners will be informed by email to receive the prizes.
ii. Under no circumstances will the prize be accepted or managed to be transferred to third parties and the winners will not have the right to receive its cash value.
The prizes that are the subject of this Promotion are not subject to withholding or payment on account of Personal Income Tax in accordance with article 75.3.f) of Royal Decree 439/2007, which approves the Personal Income Tax Regulations, as their withholding base is less than 300 Euros (three hundred euros).
Shell will process the personal data of the participants and/or winners in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and for the purpose of managing the competition, awarding and delivery of the prize.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law. For any litigious matter arising from the existence, access, use or content of the Terms and Conditions, the participant and Shell expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital.
